How Will My Order Ship?
We’ve carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible.
Deliveries will be completed by UPS or FedEx. A tracking number will be emailed to you on the day your order ships.
Any Exceptions I Should Be Aware Of?
- Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
- Shipping surcharge applies to remote areas. You will be notified of the surcharge when a sales person contacts you to confirm your order
Outside Front Door Drop-Off
This delivery service offers an extra set of hands. A skilled delivery team will unload your shipment from the truck and take it to the first available dry area outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). You will then be responsible for further transport beyond that point.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time – the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Other items require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 days). At the time one of our sales people contact you to confirm your order, you can ask them about an estimated delivery date.
Tracking Packages
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your item(s) leaves the warehouse. You can track your order through the delivery agents website.
